Patient: name unknown - goes by REDACTED
Observing Physician: Dr. Nightwale and dr. B.Runyan
Patient age: Unknown, age cannot be determined thru physical examination.
Sex: appears to be male but due to parasitic infection makes a medical eximination imposible to clarify.
Note:
Subject 0002 apperas to be kept in a lucid dreaming state as far as medical staff has been able to determend by the few medical procedures done on subject 0002,
The parasitic speciment apperces to keep their ''host'' alive while slowly using the body around them both as a feeding and breeding ground,
Subject 0002 thru examination done by looking over lost body parts seems to have been prior to their infection a white tailed deer, but evidence to that is no longer able to be concluded.
Due to the parasitics infection forcing the body to drasticly break down the host body and rebuild itself using the tissue of the parasites, forcing the body to fuse with the parasites, The medical staff fears that subject 0002 will keep deterioating and soon will be incapacitated and later pass away from the strain of the infections and the parasites.
