Dirty Mac was only known as Mac until he found himself dealing in some rather dirty business and malpracticed surgical procedures. Don't worry, though. That only happened once or twice, I think, and he's probably a real swell guy once you get to know him.
He has tattoos on his knuckles. "DEAD" on his right hand, and "MEAT" on the other. His tongue and organs are white and he bleeds a black ooze.
