About
Female | she/her | Aromantic Asexual
Sapphire was born to a large family of 8 children, in which she was the only girl. Despite this, she has never had the desire to be treated like a princess or any different than her older brothers. As a child, Sapphire could often be found roughhousing, catching frogs, and playing ball along with her siblings. At age 14, she began to show an interest in armor and weaponry after catching a glimpse of a knight known only by the name of Black Mountain in a crowded town square. Awestruck by his infamous obsidian armor and legendary sword, Sapphire gathered all information she could; and one year later, left her home in search of it’s creator. Though unsuccessful in her mission, Sapphire found herself under the tutelage of a blacksmith named Edwin Graye, a man who lived comfortably with his wife and two children in a town named Eldenburg. Sapphire lived with the Graye family for 5 years, before finally setting out on her own again, determined to set up her own blacksmith business using the knowledge she’d gained, with dreams of one day forging a weapon worthy of Black Mountain.
