What is the resident trickster. She's playful, extroverted, and enjoys making people laugh. She's talkative and communicates via expressive squeaking and imitating sounds that she hears, similar to a parrot.
Despite its face, What's tail is a decoy and doesn't posses its own consciousness. The most the tail can do is move its "mouth", which does mean it can bite in self defense should the need arise. What uses it more as a puppet, though, and will sometimes put on shows with it to entertain folks.
What is particularly fond of water and has the ability to produce large bubbles from it.
