About
'Remember your training and we'll get through this just fine.'
Full name: Jing Hua
Age: 34
Main Occupation: Warrior
Sub Occupation: N/A
Sexual Orientation: Male || Bisexual
Physical Appearance: Gruff || Strong || Tall
Short Description: Loyal || Protective || Quiet || Aloof || Aggressive
The self proclaimed bodyguard of The Diviner, Jing is nothing but loyal to the millennia-old dragon. His intimidating appearance and harsh stare is enough to send shivers down one's spine. And if that wasn't enough to deter an attack then, well, his claws and fangs will do what they were sharpened to do.
The Quetzal Palace was hardly a home for a Wickerbeast, let alone a monastery, but fate works in mysterious ways. Before his time at the monastery Jing was a lone drifter, wandering the lands of Dragon's Maw Manor as a mercenary for hire. One particular job required him to travel to the borders of the Quetzal Palace in search of a rare creature, but being unfamiliar with the local monsters Jing was overwhelmed when a swarm fell upon him, leaving him with a fatal wound. He collapsed soon after the fight and woke up almost a week later, all bandaged up and lying in a bed. His eyes caught sight of a dragon, who was looking at him with both worry and relief, and It didn't take long for him to put two and two together. Jing thanked the dragon, swearing his loyalty to him for saving his life. The dragon, who introduced himself as Tohka, refused the idea at first, but when he learned that the Wickerbeast was without a home he quickly changed his tune and agreed.
Now the Wickerbeast calls the monastery his home. His life as a mercenary is but a memory to him now, and he's quite content with his new life. If he isn't by The Oracle's side he's out on the field, helping to protect the village from monsters. He may have some anger issues, but he's slowly changing his ways under Toh's guidance.
Close Relationships:
Toh - Jing's savior, Toh was the one who rescued him from death. He swore loyalty to him soon after he found out and now guards him with his life. The Wickerbeast is quite protective of Toh and makes sure he's safe at all times. Jing has taken to calling Toh 'Master', despite the dragon telling him not to. He'd never admit it, but he's developed a tiny crush on the dragon.
