Radium is an advanced android who transferred to a school for humanoid droids to learn how to integrate with human society. His maker is unknown, as is where he came from. His classmates would describe him as an easy-going droid, very friendly and social. One of the "cool kids."
Radium is self-learning, self-teaching, and self-programming. By observing others, he can re-program himself or formulate additional programming to further his human integration, and even many of his classmates would confuse him for a human if it weren't for his very obvious synthetic elements.
Shortly after transferring to the school, Radium found a very outdated droid who was misused by his classmates. Taking pity on the barely functioning scrap pile, Radium brought it to his laboratory and rebuilt it, making it similar to himself. He now protects the smaller droid, while simultaneously using the droid as a battery pack and beta tester. Radium says that they're best friends (and more), but Arsenic does not seem to (publicly) share that sentiment.
Unlike his classmates, Radium has various "emotions," habits, quirks, and other things programmed into himself, which he shares with his partner to pick and choose from. Because of this, the duo often have much more fluid and human-like conversations and interactions than the stiff, formal interactions the rest of their classmates have. Radium has also developed other, more questionable upgrades for himself and his partner.
When not in class, Radium can often be found relaxing in the hallway, listening to music with Arsenic and either upgrading/adjusting his programming, or developing new code.
Though he is described as friendly and outgoing by his classmates, Radium can be cocky at times due to his advanced nature, and can also turn highly aggressive and start fights with the other students. Despite his very human appearance and behavior, Radium also has a number of combat features and has no hesitation or remorse over dismantling or completely destroying another droid, which leads the other students to wonder what his true purpose is.
