Frostine was originally from Tiger Eye Peak, she moved to Olde Foxbury with her best friend, Beeper. They both went to the Bunny Court and went their separate career path , but still remain best friends. Since Tiger Eye Peak had very limited gardening due to the snowy weather, Frostine can now plant almost any flower, vegetable, or fruit she needs! If your lucky, you can catch Frostine in the local flea market, selling her plants for very low prices. She even gives out some for free when she's in a happy mood!
