That someone was me! I am testing them out pvp right now and the others are also still testing. Makng sure they work as intended in fights as well as in battlegrounds. As of right now i think they are not yet released. When they are you should be able to get them in the highest level village specific battlegrounds. Each pet will be available to a different village. The alicorn should be available in QP at the serpent's head battleground.
