On the outskirts of town, you discover a clearing in the forest with a small home embedded in a mound of earth. Between two iron-forged wall lanterns is a round, wooden front door painted red, and held together with two horizontal riveted metal hinges. Above the door, hanging by chains on a slatted awning is a metal sign engraved boldly with the name "Minky's Forge".
Rhythmic clanging resounds through the air as you make your way around the side of the house towards the smoking chimney stack you saw from the front. You come across an open, three-walled workshop complete with a forge, anvil, and every tool a blacksmith would need.
Inside you see a sable colored ferret dressed in a heavy black apron, gloves and gold plated goggles with her back turned, pounding away at a sword on her anvil. A large, beastly, brown Wuff laying on the floor near the edge of the shop notices you first, and with a low growl he alerts his owner of your presence. The ferret turns toward her pet, then you with a big toothy grin. She lifts her goggles and exclaims excitedly, "Look, Brownie. We have company! What can I do for you?"
"Weapons, Shields, Armor. Someday I will know them all. I will work hard to be the best!"
