That's Miss Prim please!
Miss Prim is from the upper crust of Quetzel Palace (and you don't get much higher than that!) While she's essentially a sweet girl, she's also very spoiled and can be very thoughtless. If she's cruel, it's through ignorance. Since she hasn't experienced a lot of suffering- or any at all, really, she doesn't quite realize what's possible. It makes her naive, happy, fun to be around, but just a little bit cold in regards to empathy. Miss Prim's family is very snobby, and she's picked up a bit of that unconsciously- she's afraid of those who aren't from the 'best families' (read: wealthiest familes that have been around the longest). In a brief but startlingly independent rebellious phase, she ran away from home. She wandered briefly through the clouds, almost falling through to other lands a few times, until Cheema picked her up and introduced her to Explorer Enterprises. The company pays for her house and gives her a job- raising animals.
Trained as a debutante, Miss Prim can hold her own at any formal function, both dancing and dining. In fact, it's these glittering social events she misses the most. Once she started working for EE, she decided to become responsible for the monthly parties the company holds for its employees (it was her idea, but she got Kessi's okay on it). She's trying to teach everyone to dance the ballroom classics and which fork to use with which knife during which course. Her slowest student was Culame, until she figured out how to bribe him with guavas for good behavoir.
