Villager: Forge

Often grumpy, but not necessarily unkind, Forge prefers to keep to himself amid scorching ovens, anvils, hammers, and metals. Once the companion of a blacksmith, to whom he became particularly attached, Forge himself learned the art of metalworking, finding that his ability, breath, and element came together to create masterpieces in iron and steel, and sometimes in more precious metals.

Like all dragons, Forge tends to hoard. In his art, he the finds comfort of old memories. In metal and flame, he finds peace. His space is filled with swords, shields, and armor, both simplistic and elaborate. Small wire workings decorate the small tables near his nest. He remains in Terra, sometimes physical and sometimes not, in part because he is loath to leave his hoard behind.

Forge usually makes himself useful by shouldering—or dragging—those heavy loads that others either cannot or will not manage, though his patience wears thin regarding the latter. He prides himself on being able to fix nearly anything, though if he endeavors to “fix” a person or their problem(s), they must put as much effort into the task as he does, if not more.

Though he is a hard worker when given a task, he quite enjoys a good nap.
