Fulvian (or Fulv for short, Tempest to strangers to him within his homeland) is a coywolf that hails from a desert country. The culture he grew up with is very war based with a touch of history. He makes a living as a blacksmith and tries his best to not lose his sanity from his heritage. He enjoys fighting to an extent, and is the leader of a sort of outcast misfit ruffian gang. When not causing mischief or fighting for territory, he can be found playing his guitar, rolling in the wind element aligned sands of an elemental desert, or observing pyramids, as well as working on pyramid puzzles. He has an odd fascination with pyramids for no real explained reason. He may seem harsh on the outside, but deep down he's just a big strong fluffpup. He knows how to use wind and dark or shadow based magic, but prefers to use his natural strength, fists, and trusty heavy great axe in a fight. His cold tolerance isn't the best, but it could be worse. He isn't too fond of getting wet either.

He hangs out with his older historian brother's experiment buddy, the crown prince of a distant fire kingdom, the residential ruler of cardboard boxes at the gang, and he seeks guidance and wisdom from the honorary wizard of the gang. He also sometimes has some run ins with a wolf from a bandit group. Crossing paths with the group sometimes does not end peacefully, but he tries to remain as civil as he can, preferring to compromise if that's a possibility.
