I feel tep is the best place for them since it cold and probably bad for them in qp as the village is in the sky on the clouds meaning they will be closer to the sun and no clouds will be able to protect them since they are on them. I must help them.......I live in qp... this terrible.....
Hm yes! There should like a special charm that you can buy for probably 5k? That will cool your fursickle in even the hottest temperature. Or like a special park for them or like you said a container/cage type.

Yep! I think that you have to first buy the required items before you can buy one so you can be prepared
