Yeah definitely! Since they won’t get picked by breeders (usually, sometimes bad breeders will) or collectors, they fall kinda into a void. I feel really happy seeing him slither about all nosy in his home.

Heh no ones saying bug eyes don’t make a snake cuter! He’s lovely, very clingy too so I’m really happy I have him, I was upset to learn he’s “defective” but aside from his eyes he seems perfectly normal. Not gonna risk breeding, but if I see another bug eyed snook I will probably buy them, save them stuck in a shop for years

Yeah,, he’s bug eyed. It’s a genetic defect that’s sadly kinda common in snakes, it tends to be the result of inbreeding.
Cause of that a lotta bug eyes shouldn’t be bred, gonna give my little son a good life despite that tho.
