Lol, no, really thank-you for explaining to me. I was worried I was the one coming out as obnoxious or rude. ^-^; I hope I didn't sound that either. AstralProjection already re-submitted their paintie on the normal Werewolf base so it got accepted. And I'm sure I can figure something out. Thanks again. ^-^
I see. Thank-you for explaining that to me. I'll talk to a mod about this situation and perhaps re-upload my villager in a different fashion so she isn't breaking the rules. And I appreciate the offer of the gift, but I have enough to get my own. Thank-you :)
In response to what you said about about the Paintie Rejection on my profile:
The rules do not say that specifically, and there is a thin line if they really do "imply" that. The only one that comes close says:
The correct costume must be applied to a Villager before you can submit a Paintie that uses that costume base or has any of that costume base’s parts.
Most of the base is Werewolf, and that was the costume applied. It lines up to the Werewolf base. Only about 1/4 of the tail was actually Spooky Canine tail. I realize that's mixing parts, but nowhere in the rules does it specifically say "Mixing costume parts on a paintie is not allowed."
Also, I showed in the thread that I have a villager Sheila that got accepted as THIS SAME mix. I don't see how it's fair too allow me (or any other person) to have this mix but not random people, such as AstralProjection.
I'm not trying to argue with you, it just seems unfair.
