Select your herbalist/click on their career, and scroll down, there should be a button that says "Multi-Plant Seeds.". When you click it, you should get a list of all the seeds you have, select as many as you'd like as long as it doesn't exceed the amount of pots you have, and you'll be able to plant them with another button on the bottom of the list that says "plant seeds."

Hello, and welcome! C: The fastest way to sell items is to go into your Inventory, and selecting the item. There should be an option to sell it back to the site. Though, I'd recommend planting any seeds you have with getting more villagers and making them Herbalists, and harvesting those for future recipes that you might want to make!
