It's up to you if you want to set them all to warriors or not. It's not that much different from clicking through explorer I suppose. I just know that I personally only have the mental fortitude to work with one warrior right now. lol. Not to mention, I want to keep making those dragon tooth shields to throw at the serpent. Now that I have a surplus of supplies I'm probably going to make an extra blacksmith too.
That build sounds pretty good. Remember, Earthen Barrage works with Strength and Agility, so grabbing a cross bone dagger and kyla's trinket would benefit you greatly! And malachite ring is some good stuff. I've used it a lot of my earthen barrage.
