Hi! :D if you're asking about my tiger and my cat :) they are villagers :) You'll need to go and click on the villagers button at the top of the screen and then click unlock villager slot :) you'll typically be able to buy them with Fur cash and they go up a little with each one you unlock. Once you have another open slot you can create another villager or adopt one that passes by under the town hall tab toward the bottom :)

If you are asking about how I changed my Wolf's colors its a painty :) you use the base and color it to your liking and then pay fur Dollars and up load it or you can commission someone to make one for you :D
