That sounds awesome!! I'm not sure if there's anything like that happening near me... I live in California, but in the barren farmland valley part of California... I'm not too far from the capital, though, so maybe something will happen there...? I'm not sure how to go about finding legitimate information about that kind of thing though :/

Oh, yeah! I'm the same way - when I was younger I was really put off by anything political, but as I get older I take it much more personally (especially in our country, especially lately...) I haven't participated in a protest yet, though. I would if I knew about one happening near me & was able to go/help out in some way, though. But protests are pretty scary! ;w;

The time we went will probably be historically significant; right now in Mexico gas prices are going sky high, and we even saw a protest while we were in Puerto Vallarta. It's actually really sad & scary what's happening there right now. :( As a tourist though, I wasn't sure what to do or say about it :/
