Just came back because I saw that someone stole several of my characters and put them on the Steam Workshop. : ) . So if you are that user and you're reading this, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you don't realize that this is a shitty thing to do. Please remove mine and everyone else's character that you have stolen and uploaded to the workshop. Thnx.

hhh I will consider it. its just.
Some days my hair just goes POOF and there's nothing you can do about it, and its not all that long either, again, length of several of the trolls I listed. and I dont know if i could get one... like, if you could link me to some sites you know are good or something that would be great as well. Its just. Im a broke high schooler, and I dont want my parents to have to spend money on this...
I know its better but I have no idea where I would get a wig... and my hair is suuuper thick, it doesnt like fitting under stuff well, like, im not sure if I would even be able to get it to look right or fit...
I have no experience making clothing but my grandma does which is why im going to go to her for helpand ye, black sleeves. I may go without the cosplay as well, just cause. I have a nepeta jacket if all else fails after all.
Also, a question about horns, everything i see has them glued to headbands, which works fine if you have a wig, however my hair is the right length and fluffiness to work for many trolls (including Kanaya, Nepeta, Terezi maybe even karkat to give you an idea) and i was thinking of just using a temporary dye (not hair spray, oh god no) to make my hair black, but the thing is, I dont want the headband to show of course, someone said that maybe like, hair clips or something may work, which may be a possibility, but wouldnt that just cause the horns to flop around (and I know they would be clipped near the scalp of course, not on the surface, but still) so I need ideas D:
ah, I usually just make things from scratch, like I have some red fabric thats just the right color for the skirt, and ye, its regular kanaya, also, her undersleeves are black, and I already have some nice black t-shirts I could use, I was planning on fabric paiinting the sign on as well, I was thinking I could just wear it over a long sleeved shirt, but considering, that could get rather warm, so Im thinking i could probably sever the sleeves from a long sleeved black shirt (I have a lot. like. a lot a lot, since my favorite kinds of clothing to wear are like, layering pieces over a long sleeved black shirt) and sew those into the t-shirt as the sleeves.
This would be my first 'real' cosplay and I love Kanaya so much, I really dont want to mess this up... There is a con nearby in May some of my friends are going to, but 1. I have never been to con before, and 2. I dont think I will be able to finish the cosplay in time...
One of my friends MIGHT be going as Jade for a homestuck panel her friend is on if she can make the cosplay in time, and another friend (who is somehow immune to all the homestuck surrounding her) Is going as a character from Black butler, while her sister is going as John Egbert on a homestuck panel as well, probably the same one.
I dont think there are really any other cons around here except that one, and i dont want to miss it because then it would be another year until the next one...
Yay! I want to start work on a Kanaya cosplay myself, but i dont know where to start. I have the material to make the shirt, except the grey fabric on the top... and I will need my grandma's help with it, because the last time i tried to sew something together for a cosplay it lasted less than a day before it fell apart.
Need the fabric paint for the sign on her shirt, and the material for her horns... and a lot more... hhh
also. I have one problem thats not easily fixed.
I wear glasses, and I doubt I can get contacts, so does that mean that if I ever go to a con i just squint everywhere?? hhhh pain.
Mitzi is already 6 or 7 and shows no sign of being a lapcat
she will sit on you sometimes, but its not something she will do unless you place her there yourself.
also. once you finish the scalemate, I will want to see it.
they are both suuuuuper soft. The nepeta hood of my nepeta jacket is a similar material, just not as fine and soft as well.
