I only started cosplaying a few years ago, too. I live in the UK and there are very few conventions near where I live. Going to London is a three hour coach ride and it costs quite a bit to get to and from London so I don't go to as many events as I'd like to haha. Plus because of work I can only ever go for one day rather than the whole weekend ; (
I only go to two conventions a year so I don't get much chance to cosplay.
That sounds cool though. Will you cosplay a human version of her?
I got into sewing because I just like to keep my hands busy I guess haha
I've never actually sewn any clothes though (apart from basic repairs of course). You cosplay? I cosplay too but often I buy my clothes already made from online shops.
