indeed i am! 10 is the max at the moment, but it has been confirmed that as the game goes on the maximum number of villagers you can have will continue to increase.
i just play very often, and build a lot of houses. when i had extra furcash i would buy wood (for more houses), so i could max out my villagers as soon as possible! i'm just a little bit obsessed with this game :P
