Yeah basically. I never have enough for a new one but I still need a usable one so the money I would be saving for a new one goes into replacement parts. *sob*
Mine's from 2007. Word. It's not so much the site as it is anything that makes the poor girl work too hard. Fans go into overdrive, temp goes to 100°C and she shuts off to prevent heatdamage.
