You get the recipe from a shop in quetzal palace. Then you just craft the potion ^^

you asked someone how to get angel dragons, but ill answer it instead. you have to buy a recipe book in quetzal palace for 5000 fur coins, and the recipe calls for 500 flying daffodils, 500 flying daisies, 1 red tip, 1 flying lightbulb, 2 flying daffodil bunches, 2 flying snuggles, 1 container capsule, and 1000 fur coins. really costly for just the potion itself!!
