I'm not a CSS person but I could give you the code I use on my page that gives comments and the comment box a greey background when the mouse hovers over them, that might help with the readability? :)

I love Noiz's route his story is my fav and I enjoyed Mink and Clear Reconnect routes I love all the boys. Koujaku is my least fav but his bath scene is UNF
