It's a gift. I had some extras from the serpent's pot. If I get another Serpanana recipe, I'll send it your way. It helps to have a few recipes you can switch between to slow down using up your ingredients.
They dropped during the festival, so people might have extras to tradeZ i'd suggest a trade thread. Otherwise, the only other spot I know of to get them is as an explore drop in OD. Do you have a serpent cake recipe? Those are coli drop ingredients.
