Oh, yeah, unfortunately so. I'd see if you can back up the stuff before resetting if you want to do that, so you can get them back. I use a personal discord server to send files and redownload them, that's how I transferred old files to my new phone. So if you cant access the cloud or anything, that generally works lol

Aye aye, if you can't get your hands on supplements you can try chamomile tea. Also being more active during the day and trying to wind down and not be so stressed before bed. If that doesn't work then yeah melatonin is your best bet.
