Yeah, I really don't either. Chances are you'll either have to reset and hope for the best or take it into a tech shop and see if they can do anything..
Hmm, If it's preinstalled on the phone I'd be hesitant too. Do you have a google account you can back them up on at all, could you transfer them to another device, etc?
If you backed them up, they should be fine. First of all, how exactly did you back them up?
Hh- Fuck. Have you backed up those files? Because I really think you're gunna have to do a factory reset if you can't download anything.
