u have a chance of getting a disease with each seed you harvest. normally, when u press the 'harvest all' button, u end up with the very last disease u acquired and it replaces the others. It also doesnt actually affect your harvest, u have to have the disease before harvesting for it to penalize you
for me tho, i have so many plants that the harvest all button cant process all of them or all the diseases i end up getting. I instead have to press the button, refresh the page a few times, and then keep doing that until all the plants are taken care of. i usually have to do this 10 or so times, and each one of those times i very often end up with an illness. i dont have the benefit of it just giving me one disease at the very end, i have to immediately get medicine every time if i want to continue harvesting my plants without penalty
