Hive R-45-OcD is the designation of Oceandome's tarspawn hive. Unlike proper underwater hives, this one has been established within the bubble and contains primarily terrestial unit designs - all transfers from other hives.
Due to city limitations the hive has to severely limit its population growth. That is why, uniquely, there is no spawner in R-45-OcD.
