Also, I learned this the hard way....You can only use dragonmaw houses if you live in dragon's maw manor ;/ you can't use another "zones" housing. I do not know if this applies still if you change "zones"

It's a slow process home skillet, like if you don't want some of your stuff... I'd highly recommend keeping the wood. You need that for any repairs you may have, same with blacksmithing. You can either sell the seeds you find (or send them to me *cackles* ) I have an herbalist, and even a doctor. I can use those seeds to turn into plants to then turn into POTIONS!!??
From your INVENTORY you can select FIVE DIFFERENT items, and send them to your stall. What I do, is I go to the main page, and down to the marketplace button (in another tab/window) copy and paste the item I'm wanting to sell, and see what other players are selling them for and sell it at the lowest price as it will (most of the time) sell within a day or two.

Make that one your "active" and then go to town hall, click on the briefcase with a plus sign on it. Free heals for your active once an hour ;)
OK SO I HAVE FIGURED OUT!!??? the Houses are for more "villagers" AFTER you purchase the extra 3 slots past your first one. the last and 4th slot requires 5k coins. then it asks for a house afterwards. Not enough coins? explore, explore, explore, and sell the stuff (up to 5 max different items) in your stall ;3
