Tournament Trophy Rankings

Hi all! As the tournament comes to a close, I'd like to provide you all with the ranking requirements for each set of rewards, as follows:
If you have played at least 10 PvP matches, you'll receive 1000 valour points and the bronze trophy, regardless of rating. This includes players lower than level 10 who are not on the leaderboard.
If you have achieved at least 50 rating on the leaderboard, you'll instead receive the silver trophy and 2000 valour points.
If you have achieved at least 300 rating on the leaderboard, you'll instead receive the gold trophy and 3500 valour points.
Additionally, the top 10 players on the leaderboard will receive the Gold Lance item at 100% potency and 2 sockets. Following the tournament, this item will be awarded every 2 weeks to the top 3 players on the leaderboard.
Items will remain in the festival shop for seven days following the event's conclusion, during which time players cannot earn valour points. Afterwards, the leaderboard and valour caps will be reset (you'll keep any left over valour points), you'll be able to earn valour again, and different items will be stocked in the shop.
You can track your stats here!
Really hope staff decides to lower the reqs for the gold PVE trophy and also give people who maxed/got a gold PVE trophy a prize, just like PVP. PVE was the only one based on effort and not luck or how much top tier equip you could buy because you're a rich player. We were also all under the assumption this ended yesterday, and I'm sure a bunch of us didn't even put in much effort playing today because we thought the event was over ???
I also agree with VioletWhirlwind. The cooldown should be shorter. If we only have a certain amount of time to breed, placing these cooldowns is kind of counter productive ??? You can just do a 1 day cool down and give us less time to breed them. There's no reason to space it out like that. It just means we need 100000 more pet harems due to all of them having different dates and having 50 breedings per day. It's extremely stressful trying to do 50 a day considering this fact.
Putting this question here too, in case nobody is reading the previous one:
Why are the holiday minipets at 7-day cooldown, when past event minipets were a 1-day cooldown? Seems kind of unfair to only be able to breed them 4 times before they go sterile.
Can you guys give us a more specific ending time since you clearly didn't plan on ending it at midnight
So it's super ya'll included an end date this time around but once again you fail to mention the actual time it concludes. 5pm? Noon? 7am? Whenever you feel like? Whenever you can take the system down without breaking the site? Please include end time on top of dates guys it saves a lot of frustration.
@sheetah If you maxed out VP you're getting 1500 VP that you won fair and square, plus the 1000 VP bonus for participating.
Cynicallia After level 10 it becomes up to how many battles you win.
Admin-Wisteria I have a question actually. In the combat feedback I had asked about how people getting to level 10 and not being able to win after that due to common weapons shall we say (No Idea what to call them) being put up against players with superior weapons. At the time you had mentioned putting something in place but it wouldn't be until after this event. For people who can't place very high on the leaderboards we still wind up with a 0 ranking. Due to our weaponry, that's the ranking we get, 0. According to this system a player that is in 10 pvp matches can get 1000 vp points. However, alot of players spent a lot more time than that and maxed out to the 1500 vp. Why are they getting the same as a player that only needs to win 5 times? It hardly seems fair imo. To get to 1500 VP took many hours....
So PVP players get VP rewards but PVE players get none? I know that we get trophies for beating 1000 monsters, but tbh I would rather have a VP reward so that I could at least buy SOME of the event items that I missed out on. A player's success in PVP was mostly reliant on how lucky they were with item, weapon and material drops. It was the bad rng for these items that made me give up on PVP altogether, because no matter how hard I tried I was constantly being one-shot by players who were lucky enough to get the good items. So I figured that if I put all my effort and attention into PVE battles, I would be able to not only get some of the event items, but possibly get some good material/weapon drops as well. However not matter how hard I tried, bad RNG luck thwarted me at every turn.
And that, for me, was the main reason why this event has been more frustrating than enjoyable. Once again the staff tried to create artificial inflation by giving event item drops ridiculously low rng odds. I don't mind working hard or grinding to get event items, as long as I'm guaranteed to be able to get one of each (or at least over half of the items that are available) as long as I put the effort in. But that's just the problem, even if a user puts hours of time into the event, even if they go on and explore every hour and fight every time their charges are renewed, there is no guarantee that they're going to even be able to collect event items.
I'm not asking for hand outs, I do believe that you should have to work hard for what you want, but when it gets to the point where you work as hard as you can and put heaps of effort into a game only to constantly come out with nothing, it stops being fun. Especially when issues with poor rng during events have been brought up by users in the past.
VioletWhirlwind Hope you are right! that was not one-time thing ¬¬
I'm poor as it gets, I do not need a bug to help! XD
Alone You're probably still getting it. (at least when it happens to me) It just doesn't show on the battle page for some reason. I checked my Tourney stats before and after one of the battles that appeared to not give me anything...and it still went up on the stats page. At least that's what's happening on my end anyway.
