Terms of Service Changes

We have altered our Terms of Service to clarify and address two points of concern raised to our support channels by players.
1) The Terms no longer forbid "exposed female nipples" and "exposed female breasts," but instead all exposed nipples and all exposed breasts.
2) Players hold the copyright to their user-submitted content (such as forum posts), and provide Furvilla with an industry-standard license to use that content to display it to other Furvilla players.
3) Furvilla owns the copyright to its bases, as well as all derivative works of them. However, players retain the copyright to their characters and designs.
Thank you for your feedback and we hope these changes address the concerns.
Thank you guys so much on keeping us updated and informed as to what's going on this site <3
thanks so much for the update! i was worried about submitting a paintie after realizing the language in the TOS would claim copyright of every part of the paintie. i'm glad that's been resolved.
Thank you for listening you guys are great!
Wow, you guys pay so much attention to everyone's concerns. <3 Thats so rare in a site like this!
Man, you guys are on the ball with these changes! It's awesome :D
honestly, the staff are doing so good with understanding their fanbase so far- I'm incredibly proud of them tbh for working hard while listening to ( and clarifying) the players concerns!
*modestly covers her grilled chicken breast* Oh my!
Thank you guys so much! It's honestly great to see all this new constant update to ensure the game is enjoyable and safe for all, again thank you so much for the hard work
Could we maybe please get some more directions placed in the newbie guides? Some players still don't know how some things work
Thank you very much for change number one. Though it's certainly not standard policy on many sites (or in the eyes of the law), I think it's great that furvilla has adjusted its rules to be less sexist. The changes to copyright are certainly welcome as well- I'm sure it'll spur a lot more creativity as artists are no longer afraid to loose rights to their beloved characters.
thank you for the changes. it's really nice to see the admins treating the community with this much respect
