Career Change Times

Greetings villagers, we have changed the Career Change cooldown to two hours. This means you can now switch your villager's career every two hours, specifically at :00 on even-numbered hours. If you don't know how to change your career, please navigate to your villager's profile and click on Careers (View All).

This is a great change.
Adding my voice - while this is a nice feature, the illnesses are the biggest pain at the moment! Especially when I haven't been able to cure a single one of my villagers without having to go to the doctor. :c
They get sick so easily, and the medicines on the market are too low of a percentage right now to be of much use.
Totally going to chime in that I wish there were more ways to help my sick furry dudes. I really like the suggestion people are making about needing to pay the doctor for return visits, that would be great! My villagers keep getting sick, usually with the same illness, an hour or two after curing them. And because the sicknesses have an overall debilitating effect on the game, I really wish it wasn't SO frequent in which they can catch illnesses. Maybe consider changing how often villagers can catch illnesses? Or perhaps make the one doctor visit and other 100% cures have a ~magical~ effect on the villagers allowing them to be free of sickness for the rest of the day. Anyway, lots of great suggestions and already the site has made changes so I'll be patiently waiting to see the response to all the illnesses related inquiries.
Ugh. I've burned through 10,000 FC today and I haven't been able to get rid of my villager's sickness. The remedies I've been using were all 60-80% potency and they still wouldn't work. Might I suggest adding a feature that makes sicknesses go away after a while? My villager has been sick for two straight days now. :/

Not something I plan to use in the near future(i have endless free time so waits aren't a problem), but a nice addition! Though the bulk harvest was a wonderful feature, thank you for saving my patience and internet.
Since everyone is commenting about illness: I have a suggestion that when a villager recovers from a disease, they should not be able to catch it again for a while! My herbalist, Ayla, has been feral all day and was just cured an hour ago, but she got sick AGAIN not a half hour after-- with the same disease! I would have been fine with something like sun allergy or the blood one, since they're both minor, but yikes. Poor thing.
Definitely put in a fee for a doctor's visit, to at least allow multiple visits a day.

On the topic of doctor visits, could we get 1 free visit a day and then pay more and more after? idk if that's a good thing or not but if it starts at 50, then 100, then 200, ect. it doesnt feel so badly priced -shrugs-

Not sure where else to report this with the forums down, but I've been trying for the last day or two to unlearn the Blacksmith career on one of my villagers, who is currently an Explorer. I was able to successfully unlearn a different career on someone else but every time I try to get rid of Blacksmith it results in the message 'an error occurred, please try again'.
