Greetings villagers, we have changed the Career Change cooldown to two hours. This means you can now switch your villager's career every two hours, specifically at :00 on even-numbered hours. If you don't know how to change your career, please navigate to your villager's profile and click on Careers (View All).

Also, please follow us on Twitter - we tweet small updates to the game there, especially QOL changes!

    • yeah, the site hasn't been around for long so obviously things are going to be wack and attempts at balancing the market have to be minor

it's going to be hard to balance the disease system though, cures won't be as valuable to people with 100% potency doctors but they'll be sought after for those just starting out, especially since repeated diseases can stunt the growth of someone's cash severely

it shouldn't be altogether removed but there's definitely changes that need to be made to the diseases and doctor job themselves

    • Junion OH LMAO silly me it was on continue

    • Is anyone elses' furries constantly getting sick shortly after curing them, or do I just have bad luck??

Are you out of battle (did you finish to where you/the monster had 0 hp, and/or click run and escape?)

Easy way to tell is what does the 'battle button' say? If it says continue your character is still in battle. Click continue, then finish the battle (if you need to just get out without taking more damage, the run button is on the bottom right).

Eh considering how much goes into making the steel shield, 160 steel isn't too much, in my opinion. However the repair time is BS, I will give you that. I've been pawning that off on anyone elses blacksmiths so my own isn't unavailable for that long..paying 99 FC is worth not having my character unavailable that long, to me.

    • My warrior's HP is not increasing at all. I have been doing something else for a half hour or so and came back to it still on 2HP.

    • @MOD-Deinmaar A suggestion and two questions: It would be nice if currency trades could have a two-way option. I have been lucky so far but I know there are a few people who would take advantage of the system. (Unless it is already implemented and I'm missing it)

The first question is with houses. It was asked in here but I couldn't find out if it was answered. If our house reached 1/50 durability do we just lose access to the villager or does our villager go away for good?

Second is with the paints: Are they removable or permanent after we have applied them? Also, if a villager happens to have a paint on them (or a costume/potion used) will we lose that after beta?

    • something need to be fixed with the repair times and materials you need >.<
it took me 160 steel to repair my steel shield and i need to wait one and a half day (!) until it's finished.

this makes the warrior career lees likely too choose and you are just paying for them without any profit and the whole illness thing makes it even worse for a warrior to protect the village.
you also get the rare materials only from rare monsters but you can't defeat them if you are ill and have less hp... and the items you need for better armory drops only from rare monsters *-* it's a never ending cycle

Aahh a dragonsmaw fellow. Unless you make your own blacksmith that is the only weapon you can get without help from other players. However it is useful to have other weapons. As each weapon has an element, and if you hit an enemy with the right element you do double damage (one shotting some enemies).

So search the market stalls for the following.
Dragon Tooth Knife (it's the only weapon with light element).
Toy Sword, Coral sword, or Ice Sword (all 3 are balanced, you only need one).
You're own fang is the only low level dark element in the game as well, so it is important to have.

    • redblackpawprint That's what Blacksmith's are for. They make better weapons, shields and armour. You can either try searching the stalls for a better weapon, or see if you can have a villager with the blacksmith career.
