"Hello friend,

In case you have forgotten my name, I am Priscilla.

As Chief Clawtooth's Master of Quill, I am responsible for crafting our people's attire. The Chief is most proud of his Lion Warriors.

Chief Clawtooth and Sage Ismene asked me to teach your people how to dress like our warriors. If you prove yourself truly worthy, you may even be blessed with your own lion spirit to guide you.

I have met one of your generous shopkeepers who has agreed to give out the patterns for free."

Heya! Quinn here!

Looks like we have a new costume you can craft!

The standard Lion Warrior Costume is similar in difficulty to craft as the other costumes. It gives you bonuses in warrior and explorer careers. You will need to craft a Lion Stone as part of the costume's recipe.

The premium Blessed Lion Warrior Costume is geared to those who really want to beef up their costume. It increases your maximum warrior charges by 10!

Also, you get a cool lion spirit!

It will take quite abit to craft, including the Lion Gem, which is currently only available in the FurDollar Emporium for 750 FD.

--------------

The recipes for both costumes as well as the Lion Stone are available at The Fair Exchange.

Short on ingredients? Don't fret! You can find them as drops in the Spirit Lions battlegrounds. Also, keep exploring!

Finally, want to make painties? Look here in the "Lion Warrior" folder for bases! Note that you can only use the line art for the spirit lions if you have a Blessed Lion Warrior Costume. However, you are free to draw your own background spirit for either costume!

    • Dang i cant edit my post so u redact the part about the extra crafting (other costumes also need other craftables and not just stuff you find, so my bad on that) but you Know what i mean with everything else

    • InuYasha I've had the chance to get to know Priscilla. Don't blame her. She likes to see the best in people!

    • MariahKat I've edited the news post to answer your very valid question!

    • Hey so why does this costume get a ~special version~ that costs FD to make.
Why, in general, is this costume so much different to make than every other costume. I get that this was a custom item but every costume was just a recipe and a few random items from exploring or warrior drops. But this one you have to craft other things to make it?
And nooooo other costume has an ~extra special version~ that gives extra perks.

Like i know you guys hate it when players arent unconditionally happy with your updates but this lion stuff has gotten so much special treatment its insane. Its not just this

    • yall have really been missing the pushback against pay2win mechanics in games lately, huh

    • H wait
Can we use the spirit version with a paintie at least without the "blessed" version being required? I don't really care about the extra charges, I just wanted cool dragon with lion...lol.

    • Hi all! To clarify, there is the standard Lion Warrior Costume that is on par with all the other existing costumes in terms of crafting cost. It has a standard warrior and explorer buff. The Blessed Lion Warrior Costume is the only one that requires the Lion Gem. It has a single warrior buff only, but gives a +10 max charges vs the standard +5. We hope this will provide something appealing to all level of players. Also, while the Lion Gem is currently an FD Emporium item, we cannot rule out eventually making it craftable. However, this is not certain nor imminent and would certainly require alot of resources, similar to the the highest end craft-able weapons.

    • Yeah I had to do a hard double take for this one.

    • I nearly thought we had to be paying FD for a costume commissioned by a player and was like WTF, but based on my understanding the FD is only required if we want the 10 warrior charge perk? which is kinda meh but I don't really care for it so whatever I guess. =/ at least it is attainable without FD.

    • Cool, thanks.
Just one thing: "I have met one of your generous shopkeepers who has agreed to give out the patterns for free."
      But they`re sold for 500/1000FC...
