Seeking Moderators
Posted by Mat on 2 Jul 2016, 9:15 pm
Greetings, villagers! As you may have noticed we received a massive influx of players over the last day. This is far more than our little team of moderators can handle, so we're looking to expand our moderator team, and welcome some new Player Safety members! If you are interested in applying for a moderator position, please send a message to [email protected] with the following: your Furvilla username, your age, your location and time zone, your prior moderation experience, and why you'd like to be a moderator on Furvilla. Please note that we can only accept applications from players aged eighteen or older.
Also, we have a message to share from MOD-Deinmaar, the Head of Community, who would like to address some issues with our current moderators' actions:
The moderators owe the entire Furvilla Community a massive apology. The deletion of many, many threads that never actually violated the Terms of Service wasn't right of us, and we are working to rectify and retrain our team before we open the forums and chats again to make sure this is never an issue again. Miscommunication is no excuse, and we gravely apologize for the trauma this has caused many users who did absolutely nothing wrong. We sincerely hope you enjoy the rest of the site while we work diligently to right our wrongs.
Furvilla has received a much higher amount of registrations than we were prepared for and we're working to ensure our Forums and Chatrooms are welcoming to all members. Please bear with us while we hire additional help! In the meantime, if you haven't gotten a chance, please be sure to read the Newbie Guide and continue your enjoyment of the game.
Have a lovely night!
Eheh another question, does anyone have the fawn base (Without antlers?), I'm comparing whether the deer or the horse base would look more sheep-like and I cannot seem to find the fawn base in the FA scraps.
Silfiik Go to the career page and click on "seed book", it should have a list of the plants you have grown and if they are mastered.
Victini Yep, thanks!
Would it be possible to tell Herbalists what plants they mastered?

Hope that's what you were looking for!
Cure a villager and they get sick the next time you explore? They must have immune systems of babies
So since this appears to be the place to go for help currently I'm gonna ask something.
If I were to make a horse base appear fluffy like a sheep but with the base still recognizable would it be changing the species? I really want to make my fursona (which is a sheep) but sheep haven't been added.
Also another question; I couldn't find the horse base to draw an example of what I mean, does anyone have the link?
Arimwe, Nightshimmer-- sorry in advance, I don't know how to ping other users yet. I saw some stuff about your Painties on the next page over and I think it should also be mentioned that you can't change the art style of your Paintie, but you /can/ technically "change" the species. I have seen plenty of chimeras and hybrids so far where the species was obviously changed in a significant way, but the style of the original base and animal was kept so they were permitted. Just make sure the base stays mostly in-tact during your edits and doesn't end up unrecognizable! That seems to be the biggest thing.
Howl, I see! I think there's probably a better way to render that, but again it's purely an aesthetic quibble; thank you for pointing that out.
I would love to if my internet connection was more reliable.
KnoxSauce That's unfortunate. All I can suggest is for her to be patient, as the mods have a lot on their plate at the moment with the forum and recruitment situation.
