Hey everyone!
It's a bit sad to say, but we've had an influx of multi-accounters lately; people have intentionally been exploiting the mass award system to gain multiple copies of various items. This sort of behaviour is extremely unfair on those who play legitimately.
Previously we updated the rules to state that multi-accounters will have all their currency wiped. People have claimed this is unfair - and while I agree to some extent that losing all your progress is unfair, cheating & exploiting the economy is a serious offense, and there's no simple way to go through and decide what items are legitimate due to the extensive amount of trading players do.
To that end, I'd like to remind people to stop multi-accounting. If you are multi-accounting currently, please send a report - you won't receive an infraction, and we'll manually track down and remove items where appropriate. This amnesty period only applies through to Jan 1.
To reinforce the message:
If you do not come forward with a report, when you are caught multi-accounting all items and currency will be removed from your account. You will not be able to appeal this.

Me and my sister, bitsiespider, share an IP address and sometimes send gifts to each other or help each other out if we want something. But we both only have just these accounts and we play fairly.

My mom and I both play but we rarely play at the same time. We do trade items from time to time. Heck when I send her a trade, sometimes it takes her a few days before she even sends it back. Is that OK? If not I can quit.
Heck, even I'm still being lenient myself with the temp bans. But if I had any power of decision, I would opt for the permabans as well.
There are times I log in on my mobile device while grocery shopping using the store's wifi, will that be an issue?
This is a good start but I feel the rules need to be enforced a bit more harshly than this. In addition to an item/currency wipe, also a temporary ban that lasts the duration of the event, perhaps? Cheaters don't deserve to participate, it's that simple. Their harmful behavior will also hurt those who bought the extra items from them.
Four of us play Furvilla in the same household. Are we at risk of losing all of our stuff?
Sorry you have that issue. I believe a perm ban is the best way to tackle this problem.
One of my friends ( A-Sinning-Midget) recently quit so they sent me all their remaining stuff, and I occasionally send stuff over to my GF (SanguineImperia), none of us have the same IP tho
this is the most lenient multi-account cheating policy I*ve ever seen by MILES and people are calling it unfair? literally every other site bans and deletes everything on all accounts?
tbh I think this is far too kind a policy, even unfair to legit players in some ways, but I'm not in charge so my opinion's moot. Just to anyone cheating: holy shit you don't know how good you're getting it rn.
