Ticket Update
Posted by Admin-Wisteria on 28 Oct 2018, 1:46 am
Hi again everyone!
Due to feedback, we've made some changes to how tickets are acquired:
Triggering an exploration event will now always award (1) ticket.
Winning a battle will now always award (1) ticket.
The Hard difficulty battleground has been removed; the NPCs will make their way to regular battlegrounds in a couple days - they will be returned to their former glory with non-exclusive rewards.
Cooking requests now award (2) tickets.
You have a small chance of finding a ticket from the cauldron.
These changes should increase consistency when acquiring tickets, but please note the increased overall ticket average will be factored into the prices for the prize booth.
This changed nothing? And i still cant use mine
I did a few battles and they weren't that difficult, my character was only affected by the zombie virus from the wheel (which decreased almost all my stats) but otherwise I got some nice stuff. I usually go to the cave and forest for ingredients for making the exclusive food during the event. Nice changes. :)
I didn't even know hard battle awarded anything special. But I am glad about this change.
By exploration event, you mean the one where you get an event item from, right (candies, spooky cooking materials, etc)? If so, I ran across 3 of those since this post and none have awarded me tickets.
Overall though, I've been enjoying this event a lot!
I liked the hard battle. The medium is way too easy i just one shot him :/ was much better having the hard where i win in 5 rounds.
i do think this is a good change, even if it changes the ticket prices in the shop. a lot of people only have a little bit of time per day to play! it's good that everyone will have a chance to get what they want, and enjoy this interactive event!
Fluzzy If your chef only knows the 'normal stuff' the even recipes are in the Cozy Cookery for 13fc each. Don't try to cook something every time the cook asks for it. Just cook as soon as you have the materials from exploring in the Forest part of the map. Rotate between an unaffiliated, lycan, vampire, and zombie villager and you should have consistent influx of materials. I can't turn in a dish every single hour of the day, but I can turn in dishes most of the time and that's what matters.
I'll add that to my guide. It might help someone else.
Why remove the hard battleground? How else are we supposed to get the equipment crystals? There were a number of players I know who were able to handle the hard battleground.
its understandable that it will change the value of tickets when it comes to prize booth....HOWEVER it just...it just feels more rewarding for some reason to get more tickets in a more reliable way since alot of us work. Also less flustrating with the whole cooking thing. thank you :> just. i hope the plushies are going to be affordable. if there are plushies that is. love plushies
I'm super glad this is the approach you took to fix this! I think it will keep the prizes from losing their value, unlike the past year's stuff, and make people happy with the tickets they receive.
