Challengers have arrived!

Hey all! Just a quick update to let you all know that two new battlegrounds are available:
Challengers & Fierce Fighters.
We're experimenting with a new system with the Challengers battleground. The odds of receiving a Kitsune mini-pet should increase after each battle until it eventually drops for you. Once that particular Kitsune drops, you'll no longer receive this bonus. If all goes well, we'll use this system for future additions.

Please Note:
While there is a small chance of a Kitsune dropping in the Fierce Fighters battleground, it does not use the new system.
Due to this system having a large amount of variance, there has not been a tremendous amount of testing. Please report any issues you encounter!
You can also get the new recipes from challengers. Just got inferno's flame staff recipe.

Huh I hope there's a guide out with affordable equipment for beating these NPCs, I can barely touch most of them in Challengers...
Sounds like a cool idea, but for some reason I can't beat the challengers characters even though my character is level 12. Why is that?

I'm having fun in these battle grounds.. but I have to wonder if it's maybe giving out a /little/ too much food. ; A;

Level 10 is the requirement. They're fairly tough.

Should be per account, not per warrior.
I can see "Fierce Fighters" but not "Challengers". Is there a level requirement to see that one, maybe? I was hoping to try it.
