Map Exploit
Posted by Admin-Wisteria on 27 Aug 2017, 3:07 am
Maps have temporarily been disabled due to information about an existing exploit becoming public. They'll be enabled again once this issue has been resolved.
Maps are no longer marked as maps, but any maps you craft or had previously will still exist within your inventory. There is currently no estimated time for a fix.
Unfortunately, we have to take a harsh stance when it comes to intentional exploiting of mechanics like this. Thank you to people who reported the issue and simply moved on. People who may have accidentally used the exploit or otherwise simply done it once or twice out of curiosity need not worry, however. We'll be investigating on case-by-case basis. If you suspect another player of cheating, please report them using the standard report feature.
Update: You can no longer add plunder to your hoard from your inventory. You can still use the convert-all function.
Logically-Pastel Statues are supposed to give you plunder but the converting to plunder from the inventory feature has been temporarily disabled, so yes, you could convert your statues before but not right now. So the best thing to do is probably just to leave the statues in your inventory until the feature is turned back on and you can convert them then.
Cobfused
Logically-Pastel everything has been disabled for now, it literally says so in the post. Why are you still cobfused
I don't even know If mythic statues are supposed to give you plunder, but I know that It did before this update.
Logically-Pastel sorry i meant the convert all plunder button i was agreeing with you on that point.
EctoFrost Then why before could I convert mythic statues to plunder in my inventory? And If there is bugs, furvilla should know about it, so they can fix it.
also, would disabling right click in inventory not stop this issue? at least for the short while the event is on?
plunder doesn't convert statues, and this is a temp thing guys, yes it's annoying and unfortunate but that's life, people need to stop acting like furvilla owes them something, and as is state multiple times, they are ironing out the issue , maps are still craftable and will probably be usable once they can stop people from exploiting them.
Looks like it's stuck there till they say otherwise.
My mythic statues don't convert to plunder and they stay in my inventory when I click convert all to plunder in the treasure trove.
