There are a few versions of the story of how Roxanne joined the village of Ryû, but there is one thing they all agree on: it was her who found the village, not someone from Ryû finding her. She appears almost as mysterious as Chrona, but not for avoiding others or anything; she's super shy and her voice is often no more than a hushed whisper. Roxanne prefers listening over talking any day, and enjoys quietly tending plants and animals alike. In fact, you'll rarely find her in loud and crowded places.

Animal Husbandry
Even those that had the smallest of doubts about her personage were soon convinced otherwise when they saw how Roxanne got along with all kinds of animals. As though she were the embodiment of nature itself, she managed to befriend all sorts of critters, big and small, ferocious and cute. When someone jokingly asked whether she preferred these creatures over more sentient ones, she nodded, exclaiming that these creature know not of evil intentions, as they lived based upon their instincts.

Herbalism
Whether she had previously learned somewhere or just an intuitive mind, Roxanne showed quite early on that she had a handle on plants as well. Some say they noticed her speaking to plants, others claim to have witnessed her listening to him. But no matter how strange she may seem around her herbs, it seems to work as intended, for they all bloom quite beautifully for her.
